UAE Delivery Timeline

  • All UAE orders are delivered within a maximum of 2 business days after dispatch.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM UAE time are processed the same day.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on Fridays, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to all Emirates across the UAE including:

  • Dubai

  • Abu Dhabi

  • Sharjah

  • Ajman

  • Ras Al Khaimah

  • Fujairah

  • Umm Al Quwain

  • Al Ain

Shipping Charges

  • Free delivery on orders above AED 500.

  • AED 25 delivery fee for orders below AED 500.

Order Tracking

  • Customers receive a tracking link via SMS or email once the order is dispatched.

  • Tracking updates are available in real time through our courier partner.

Delivery Conditions

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are accurate.

  • Someone must be available to receive the package.

  • Remote areas may experience slight delays during peak periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share order details and product photos for quick resolution.

  • Eligible orders will receive a replacement or refund.

Return & Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Sealed products may be eligible for return within 7 days subject to approval.
