4. Shipping & Delivery

  • UAE deliveries are completed within a maximum of 2 business days after dispatch.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during public holidays, promotions, or unforeseen courier delays.

  • Gainix is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Opened or used supplement products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations.

  • Sealed and unused products may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval.

  • Refunds are processed after product inspection and approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Gainix.
